An insert device that loads a mono pug-in in a stereo insert

Hello! 
I had this idea of a device, because Dynatube is not available in stereo, so one cannot load it in a stereo insert slot.
The device I am thinking would be a an insert device like Alfonso's Dual Slot. It is a stereo device that can be loaded in a stereo insert slot.
The chain of the device would be:
- stereo INS
- ability to use only the L input or only the R input or the L+R mixed in mono (like the MIX 2 M device does; I cant remember who made this device... I am terribly sorry
)
- ability to load a MONO plug-in in the device; the mono plug-in will be fed by the mono signal of the previous choice
- the resulting processed mono signal will be duplicated and appear (phase-coherent) in both left and right speaker
So the idea is:
-stereo in
-mono processing
-stereo out
Is this difficult to make?
