hard to open scope windows in xtc mode

I´m wondering if anybody else has the same problem as me.
When i use cubase sx in xtc mode, and open a scope plugin window, and then click the cubase window, the scope plugin disappers... wich is normal, but when i want to acces it by clicking the windows bar in the bottom,, i have to click the plugin,like 3 times before it opens.. it seems like its pretty random how many times i have to click it..

well well.... any solutions? i´m using winXP.

It's normal because Scope uses different graphic enviroment than WinXP.
Try to switch simply between the interfaces with ALT+TAB trick.
At the end I find useful this differentiation between Scope & Cubase...U could reacall a lot of opened plugs in one time!
