Modulated Voice Pitch detuner (Dark Voice)

okay this is the result from the thread in gerneral scope discussion.

its a voice fx to make a standard voice into that strange alien voice from hell.

the result is not as perfect as I wannted it. but at least it sounds similar to the original.
