but i cannot find a file called something like SB404.DSP
i find SB404 V2.dll
does it mean i just put this in the dll folder in app, and my sb404 is working. i cannot believe this since there is a question for a dsp-file.
and i did not and i dont want, to install XTC.
if there is anyone prepared to send me the sb404 dsp-file i would be very happy.

is there a workaround possible, like putting the sb404 oxe and unlock manually?

Try downloading the SB404.oxe file from here:
ftp://ftp.creamware.com/Software/Scope_ ... okeys_OXE/
and put it in the OXE folder and restart scope.
You do have the key right?

i did put the sb404 oxe in the app > oxe
it says sb404 installed but when i open sb404 it still comes with the message dsp file for sb404 missing
no window comes to put in the activ key for sb404 and no sound from sb404 when used in the routing window
is reinstall now the only way to get it going?

yes i restarted scope
get the message sb404 is installed
but when i load the sb the message remains: dsp-file missing
wondering if i have to install xtc to get the sb running (although i wont use it in xtc mode probably)

nope. there's a dsp file marked "read only" or missing.
