vista home multicore support?

hELLO,
I have read that vista have multicore support in all version,is true?
Bat only in ultimate have multiprocessor support.
I use quad core 2.4 with home premium and wait the scope 5.0 update with curiosity

I have Vista Home Premium on one of my machines, and it utilizes Dual Core, No Problem.
