the fact that he likes the asb box is a good proof for its quality.
He also revealed the weak points of the instrument (a bit to static oscillators, and some artifacts in resonance at higher notes) but his overall impression is great.
there are also sample comparisons at the end comparing a real minimoog vs the cw one, same with the prophet. Unbelieveable how exact some sounds are.
Funnily he does the same trick as I always do: switch off the cw chorus/phaser on the synths.
I also prefer the raw sound.
For the people that don`t know him, he is the owner of the bluesynths site and is an analog gear lover and collector and picky when it comes to va synth quality.
