here goes another one:
I dont know the title of this song...
the working title is "streets". Dont ask me why.
I got the initial inspiration from a sherlock holmes movie?!?!!?? ( the one with Jeremy brett, the one and only sherlock!:)
Everything is played/recorded by me.
Please leave comments on the musical aspect of the song, and the technical.
thanks alot!

Re: yet another song from me!
I needed a Scope break, so mp3's keep the juice flowing for me while defrost a bit.
As usual the guitars and vocals are excellent, and the synths and sound effects are well placed too. The unison effect on vocals sounds really good. I would love to hear a splash of an A100 though, very slight. The mixing of the background vocals was well done too.
I see why you want a zipper free delay. Too bad those old Lexicons are all analog I/O's, as what I heard you doing w/ the sustained delay tail sounded too mixed down, probably cause you didn't like the sound of it.
Years back I watched our FOH use a 4 track Teac and a Lexicon Prime Time to get the most amazing control of a tail I ever saw live. We could really use one, after all this ain't 1980 anymore, and the tools are available as I have heard one done w/ DSP's. It was lovely too.
Your style is very unique and makes me want to join in, or at least go buy some Peyote from my Paiute scout.
Great Work, Keep 'em Comin'.

Very good!
You do have a very personal style, I agree with JImmy.
My only objection is with the drums in the first part..
I suggest to either keep them down, in volume, or take out the snare,
until at around one minute, when the whole set gets going.
As it is now, the drum-mix is set for the second part, and sound over-dimensioned
in the intro, or first part....
Just my fem öre...

It's awesome overall, really peculiar, specific atmosphere you went for there... I think the transition to the last part could be polished a bit. Seems it just took off into that progression without a transition.
