Frame Specs
The frame is consistent with classical chopper motorcycle frames. 1" steel tubing is used for the majority of parts. Although, the backbone is 1.5" steel tube and the neck is 1.75". The frame is tig welded, welds grinded and sanded prior to powder coat or paint.
The gas tank, oil pan/power supply tray, spoiler, seat pan, and face plate are 3/32" steel.
The motherboard tray and component trays are 3/32" aluminim.
Wheels have been mounted into the rear swingarm pivot for mobility.
The seat pan is mounted to a hinge for easy access to the power supply.
The oil pan and air scoop are detachable allowing for easy access to computer components.
Motherboard tray slides out rear of chopper for easy maintenance and assembly.
