If you have you faders set as you want them and save the project I find that STM sends the assigned CC messages to the Behringer BCF2000 when the project is loaded.
This puts the Faders in their "ready" position.

Really useful.

i think all the devices do it as long as there is a midi out.

also changing presets, it should send the new values.
