Will Xite 32bit Drivers work on a 64bit machine and o/s?

Hi,
I wondered if anyone could shed light on whether the 32bit Xite/scope drivers and software would work on a 64bit machine?

Is there any reason any 32bit driver and software would not work on a 64bit machine?

Thanks

I doubt this would work but many claim it tricks the drivers, but then again it's from a struggling Film Composer forum where about 10% of the members actually are very talented and know their apps.
It's worth looking into I suppose.
Let me know what you find out.

If you load 32 os (xp or vista) on a 64 bit machine, it will run. But probably not if you load 64 bit xp or 64 bit vista.

Can't speak for Xite driver, but Scope 4.5 driver does not work with Windows 7 x64. I believe S|C is working on 64-bit driver as we speak though. Besides, 64-bit computing is the future and would completely defeat the point of releasing such a killer HW without 64-bit support. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the heads up. I was hoping a 32bit os would work on a 64bit machine. Then as drivers become available...make the change then.

Very Greatfull

I am running athon 64 dual core with xp and scope. I did not upgrade to 64 bit simply because of no 64 bit scope drivers.
