Ukranian Vaporware....
I don't use XTC but I was interested because I use VST effects inside of Scope mixers, but I use the external effects module and then Bidule allows me to bring it back into a Scope project, and then through a mixer or whatever else I want.
I use an Algorhythmix VST plug, a Sonalksiss Lo-Fi for vocals and the Softube Feedback for Guitar style feedback on synths. I can get great feedback from the synths and GOST plugs already, XOR w/ Dynomic and a SAW on the Fundamental Frequency, but Softubes is perfect for synthPads with slow attacks, when the envelope release decays the feedback sneaks in and it's pretty sweet.
But their " Photoshopped " plug seemed like something different because the routings were not familiar to me.
At any rate business is slow at the Russian forum so I guess they seek eversion elsewhere...
The guys I wrote to there were cool, but the Administrator wouldn't reply.....Imagine that..

They need some juice in that place....
