New in Xtc

Hi guys,
I´m working now with Cubase 4.1 and Scope 3.1.
Now I got my first employe mixing for me and he is not really able to deal with the Scope Surface (48/96 Mixer) and the cubase Surface. He is used to work only in Cubase. After having some discusion I told him that there is an XTC mode - which I will try for him.
I need two record busses (Guitar Mike and Singing Mike) and one for Mastering which are called inputs in Cubase. And now that I`m without the scope mixer I can route everything to 2 Channels which are the outputs of cubase.
I have a ADAT interface for 2Mics in and 2 Stereo outs for my Monitors (Active) and a headphone mixer.
I have to enable XTC in the Scope interface and there must exist a XTC procect on my HD.
Can someone help me to create my first XTC project or someone has already something like that.
Thanks a lot in advance
Love & Peace
