how many cables do i need to connect a pulsar 1 (4 dsp) to 2 scope (14 dsp)??
scope has 5 STDM connectors, pulsar just 1.
how is the connection done? with 4 cables between the 2 scope and 1 cable btw the 2 scope and the pulsar, or just 1 cable?
thanks!

one cable should be sufficient. more would allow more connections between cards for bigger projects/devices, but the p1 is only capable of using one, so....

more cables may or may not work better...

The example with 3 different cards shows that if the pulsar 1 is obviously connected to the other 2 with a single cable, the other 2 cards use the maximum possible connections with 2 cables, one that takes the 3 cards and the other one just between 2 of them, being available two connections on the mid card. The condition is that the first cable connects all of them......if the case was with 2 scope pro and a scope project (P2) you would have the first 2 cables connecting all of them and some more connecting the pro cards....
I would go for the maximum possible connections...this is how I have connected the 2 scope pro and the scope home that I have in my first system, 5 cables with the first one connecting all the cards.
