Ralf, are you still with us? Another E1 after updating

I just got my Minimax ASB today and after performing a firmware update it gives me an "E1" on startup and makes no sound. I tried both editors, and I tried using MIDI and USB to no avail. I contacted SC support but while I wait for a response is there anything else I can try?

EDIT: I used the key in the "how to use" file and it says I have to get one from sonic core. What's weird is that it accepted it.

Can anybody from SC please help me turn my black and knobby paperweight back into the musical instrument it once was? I have had no response...

S|C is at NAMM right now, and as it is ending today, they are probably in-flight back to germany. I'd give them a few days if you could.

same happened to my pro-12. You need a specific and unique to you code from sonic core and then it will work again. They sent me mine a few days after my request

Just happened to my MiniMax the other night.

I was so excited when it arrived that I skipped the first line of the readme file for the update and ended up with the E1.

Sent an email to support with my SN: and they replied within 5 minutes with an activation key.

All is good now.

5 minutes?? Lucky! I just received a response today with my code. Everything is fine now
