Damn - wheres the beta gone ?

I've got the Beta version. Why do you want it rather than the final version?

Damn ! What is it about Celmo gear ? I originally got the Deep Blue instead of the BassmanIII thinking that it was really an even bet each way. But as similar as the Deep Blue and Bassman seem to be, they have very different flavours. So now I have both.

Then along comes the Supreme. The Supreme synth struck me as a Deep Blue with BassmanIII waveforms - sort of a Super-Bassman or an analog-Blue.

But after a few weeks playing with the bleeping demo I want the Supreme as well. There's something extra there beyond the Blue and Bassman (yeah, yeah one extra oscillator, I know).

For Celmo fans like me it's an agony - I'll have to get this one as well ! For Pulsarians who only use freebies or standard-issue this would be a fantastic first $ machine: it's so versatile it hurts: pads, keys, drones, bass, sci-fi FX, sync sweeps, bleeps, hits, heavy ambient fx, sad, nasty, corny, relaxed, detuned, frenetic. And the tones are thick and distinctive without that characteristic Cremware sound.

The only thing average about it is the name... "Supreme" ? Hmmm, and I thought the "Goofey" was bad.

I know there are a lot of Zarg fans out there, especially of machines such as the Ambient, for creating big, rich pads and complex sounds. But for me the Supreme has a beautiful tonal quality that puts it at number one. And for USD$80 it's also at the budget end of the "big synth" market.

Celmo gear just keeps getting better...
