I wonder that's hard to see, but standard cursor is unsatisfactory.

Yeah, I like these new cursors too.
Much more clear than the default 3d cursors we all got with SFP. The cursor is frighteningly big, but that's cute, in a way.
You should consider outlining the additional text ("Link", "Ok" etc') to make it more readable over pale bright devices.

Once again, may be NOT. 
The "hot Spot" (the pixel that's actually used to select elements) is not placed at the edge of the arrow.
This problem makes it difficult to select rounting lines mostely, since we should blindly aim with somewhere at the center of the cursor instead of simply using its tip.
How about a corrected version of this fine idea?
