I need to change the IRQ of PulsarII, but win2000 can't permit that (probably because there aren't conflict).
How can I do?
Thanks

It's Win2k giving those IRQ's. Dunno where they got the 128 IRQ either

but hardware works fine. Now I do have Pulsar registration error pop-ups, bu that cannot have anything to do w IRQ, what do u think?

Today Win2k started using IRQ's 1-16. What a mess. I can only boot in 'Last Known Good Configuration'. Matrox G450 reset to std. VGA, and Pulsar sharing IRQ with unknown PCI device. That unknown device seems to be Intel 82801BA/BAM SMBus Controller-2443.
But when I reboot, normal boot hangs so I have to get Last Know Good Config again. Got stuck in a loop I guess.

The Pulsar can not share IRQ with any other card (other than creamware cards). Go into your BIOS and asign the slot the creamware cards are in to the same IRQ. I used IRQ 9 because it seemed to be the only one not used by anything. I asigned all 3 of my creamware cards to IRQ 9 and also in the BIOS I excluded that channel so that other devices can't use it. I also had to remove my SCSI cards but according to what I read SCSI slows down your computer anyway and an ATA100 hard drive is as fast as a slow SCSI drive so I'll add one of those down the line.
