LGA 1155 chipsets motherboards: news-updates?

Hello,
so, after all these months, what are the news with the LGA 1155 chipsets motherboards?
How new models with (it seems) native PCI slots support behave with Scope/Pulsar cards??
I don't remind all the problems people described with Scope/Pulsar PCI cards and these kind of mobos... yes, it was talked about PCI bus bad performance, but then what in real use with DAW softwares?
Crackles? Audio dropouts? DAWs or Scope crashes? BSOD crashes?
Bad CPU or HD performances?
Is a Masterverb test with good numbers enough to give the green light for a mobo?
Probably not... right?
One of the users here is using, since a few time, a MSI Z77A-G43 (2 PCI slots)
with an i7 CPU
http://msi.com/product/mb/Z77A-G43.html
a mobo that interests me much.
but I found a topic of some time ago where a user has nominated the ASRock Z77-Pro4
(3 PCI slots aswell)
http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z77%20Pro4/
I looked on Supermicro website, but 1155 mobos supports just i3 CPUs and not i5 and i7 ?!? What?
So any clues??
Thanks in advance.
