LGA 1155 chipsets motherboards: news-updates?

Hello,

so, after all these months, what are the news with the LGA 1155 chipsets motherboards?
How new models with (it seems) native PCI slots support behave with Scope/Pulsar cards??
I don't remind all the problems people described with Scope/Pulsar PCI cards and these kind of mobos... yes, it was talked about PCI bus bad performance, but then what in real use with DAW softwares?
Crackles? Audio dropouts? DAWs or Scope crashes? BSOD crashes?
Bad CPU or HD performances?

Is a Masterverb test with good numbers enough to give the green light for a mobo?
Probably not... right?

One of the users here is using, since a few time, a MSI Z77A-G43 (2 PCI slots)
with an i7 CPU
http://msi.com/product/mb/Z77A-G43.html
a mobo that interests me much.

but I found a topic of some time ago where a user has nominated the ASRock Z77-Pro4
(3 PCI slots aswell)
http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z77%20Pro4/

I looked on Supermicro website, but 1155 mobos supports just i3 CPUs and not i5 and i7 ?!? What?

So any clues??

Thanks in advance.

The MSI Z77A-G43 is the board in question .Braincell said that as soon as he receives Cubase 7 he will post his "Real World" results.
Regards to all

Yep, I already contacted him and "talked" with him about some tests...
but I want also feedback from others.
Especially for reminding me what the problems were, because I didn't find the topics where they were listed! :D

You should get one before they stop making them. Things change so fast with motherboards. This will probably be the end of the line for my Scope PCI cards.

Yep, I'm almost there on final decision. :)

I've found some of the threads where some of the bad PCI performance issues were reported
(like playing just one synth polyphonically and get PCI errors).

Probably I will get an i5 instead of an i7 and use money for maximum RAM and/or an SSD
for Windows7.
It seems that Hyperthreading is used just by graphics software (like photoshop and 3D editors) that I'm not using too much during last times...
for Scope/Pulsar, for older Cubase versions, for games... it seems better to disable it.
Therefore... ;)

Anyway: I looked at the MSI Z77A-G43 manual.
But I wasn't able to find anything about a PCI 3rd party chipset for native support?

How people can say it has one?
Is it perhaps the squared one near the left two PCI slots?
