2x Pulsar 2, Windows 7, "hardware version 20 detected"

Hi guys!
I am very new to the work with a creamware product.
In fact, I just installed 2 DSP Cards a few weeks ago, one Pulsar II and one Pulsar XTC, 6 Sharcs each.
I am running a system with an AMD Core an an ASUS Mainboard.
My System Information:
OS Microsoft Windows 7 Professional
Version 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601
System type X86-based PC
Mainboard ASUS M4N78 Pro
Processor AMD Phenom(tm) II X2 550 Processor, 3100 MHz
BIOS American Megatrends Inc. 1303, 13.04.2011
SMBIOS-Version 2.5
RAM 2,00 GB
I installed the Scope Software Version 4.5 in XP SP2 Compatibility Mode, trice.
Then I can open the scope software once, directly from the installation window.
There is no problem, and i can build, open, close projects. MIDI I/O is also working.
Both PCI cards are connected and running.
After closing the software or a reboot i get the good old "hardware version" error:
"Hardware Version 20 detected. This hardware requires a software update. Please consult the installation guide."
And:
"Could not gain access to CreamWare hardware"
I often read about this kind of errors, but none of the problems seem to fit to the behaviour of my system.
I removed and reinstalled the Hardware, reinstalled the drivers, and changed the driver versions
(Scope 4.0 -> 4.5 -> 5.1 -> 4.5; actual driver version: 5.0.9.5)
The Devices are listed in the Device Manager without any conflicts. The newest ASPI from adaptec is installed.
Here are my IRQ's:
IRQ 2 Hochpräzisionsereigniszeitgeber OK
IRQ 4 Kommunikationsanschluss (COM1) OK
IRQ 8 Hochpräzisionsereigniszeitgeber OK
IRQ 9 AOEPNF9D IDE Controller OK
IRQ 10 NVIDIA nForce PCI-Systemverwaltung OK
IRQ 13 Numerischer Coprozessor OK
IRQ 14 ATA Channel 0 OK
IRQ 15 ATA Channel 1 OK
IRQ 16 Creamware Pulsar2 OK
IRQ 17 PCI Standard-PCI-zu-PCI-Brücke (Standard PCI to PCI bridge) OK
IRQ 17 Creamware Pulsar2 OK
IRQ 17 High Definition Audio-Controller OK
IRQ 18 PCI Standard-PCI-zu-PCI-Brücke OK
IRQ 19 PCI Standard-PCI-zu-PCI-Brücke OK
IRQ 20 Standard-Zweikanal-PCI-IDE-Controller OK
As you can see there is one Pulsar Card sharing an interrupt request (17) with 2 other devices.
I deactivated the sound card driver but thats no use.
Changing the PCI Slot could cause a little problem, because of my graphics card, which uses 2 slots an I have only 3 PCI slots.
Does anybody have a hint what I can do?
If you need further information feel free to ask.
Best regards from Germany
Max
