				Beautiful console. Most likely Neve from what I can tell.
Amazing that you still see Lexicon PCM70s and Yamaha REV 7’s in racks wherever you see old consoles.
Always see the 480L and TC Mainframes with SSL Consoles since thats part of the package with the 4000G/G+.
I’m so much better with hands on hardware when it comes to recording.

				The desk above is in studio C and is custom built with Avalon strips.  The Neve is in Studio A

But Walter Sear didn't like the desks - even he designed the Studio C one.  He said "Who needs EQs anyway? I'd much rather replace the microphone, the instrument or even the player, should the need arise!”   A GaryB mindset

				well, not really Walter's disciple, but i did learn the basics from his and many others' work. 
truthfully, i am a pretty so-so engineer, not too special. that makes me a bedroom engineer super-star.
