There are parties in the US that coordinate with germany, and sometimes coordinating between the two can be somewhat asynchronous one might say. I'm sure your purchase is safe and hopefully you'll at least hear from support that things are in progress at some point.

if so, that key was sent, but your damned email host bounced it back. i sent an email asking if you have an alternate address, but no response yet. did you try writing to that support address and asking there? it would be nice if you would remove the @ and change it to an [AT] or something similar so that support emails aren't clogged with more spam than ever...

you should have the key now...
