Are the Lunar's analogue ins/outs balanced does anyone know?.

No, the Luna's analog i/o are standard 1/4in stereo connectors.

If you want balanced i/o on a creamware card, you'll need a Pulsar Plus or Scope Plus or, you can add a ADAT expansion(for an additionnal ZLINK) and a A16 Ultra to your Luna for 16in/16out, all balanced.
