Ok right now I don't want to spoil everyones fun, but no one expects a release to be bug free, although I think creamware have done a GOOD JOB on scope. If we compile a list of common confirmed bugs creamware can fix it quicker.
Also people thinking about moving to sfp can look and make an informed decision
So if you have any problems, post here keeping this format.
First List the problem:
System setup (cpu/chipset/os/cards):
State whether this has been confirmed by a different user/or different setup:

Like this,
Problem: Removing multiple inputs or output modules in routing window causes error msgs, and doesn't remove the modules.
Setup: Athlonxp/via/winxp/pulsar1
Confirmed: Yes by me, originally found by musquash (what setup are you using?)
Note to atomic in regards to below post, have you tried removing all in's and out's leaving some behing ie two. This is what causes error I believe.

since I've installed SFP I have a little "echo" delay on Windows System Sounds.
I've made a new default project as I was used before, with 3.01.
Do you have an idea of what it is?

The words keep this format sailed right over some body's head

But if not remedied it goes down as a bug.
Does disabled hardware acceleration of sound solve the problem? Could it be a feed back loop, try disconnectings things in your startup project and see if it goes away.
If anyone else has this problem post it

sorry, i don't know the solution. instead of 'making a project like before', try connecting WAV Source to HW Dest directly, just for troubleshooting. Eliminate stuff.
Is it only on the first boot sound? Did you make a 'large' boot project?

Could it be about latency being put at its longest by default?

Problems:
1. Windows have bitmap garbage around them. Only solution is to hide window / show window. This has to be repeated for each new window. (It has to be repeated EVERY time I go into a different subset on STS 3000!)
2. Live bar options do not stay active, must move cursor to another option then back to previous.
3. Some older devices do not work (three-o-three). Just won't load at all.
4. Some devices show up improperly (Inferno). Show / hide does not fix this.
5. Auto connect does not work with older mixers (i.e. Pulsarmixer)
6 Some presets won't load.
7. Live bar sub regions are not labelled....have to put curser there and wait for popup in order to understand what the function is.
System:
Macintosh G4 500mhz
768mb RAM
OS 9.0.4
OMS 2.3.8
20 GIG HD (System)
60 GIG HD (Audio)
Pulsar II card
SFP 3.1
Bugs unconfirmed with other users, but I reported them to Paul at Tech support via phone, and got an affirmative.

Live bar is
always on top.
Typing in polyphony causes crash.. not sure what the rule is tho. It seems to be a textbox issue?? Oh when will they get the text boxes right..

But it works just fine with some synths. ehh? Now it works.. oh no, it crashed.
By the way, I seem to have found the "right" way of double clicking the text fields.. you can't double click without moving the mouse. You have to move a pixel or two for the second click. Double clicking at the exact same position won't work. But you can't move too far away from the first click either. It's kind of wierd.
Dragging livebar contents has a strange limit. You can drag the icon up, but you can never drag it down to the lowest empty area. Not much of a problem, but I can't understand why such a problem would exist in the first place. hmmm...
setup:
p4-2ghz, p4te, XP Pro, Pulsar II

You can have SFP and Pulsar 3 running on the same machine with SFP drivers. Atr least that's the case here with winXP etc. SFP intsalled in a new "Creamware New Folder".
So I have S¨FP Intsalled, but if I want i can still work in the prezvious pulsar version with no problem.
I hope it helps

Haven't fully investigated this but:
I tried to route my SBLive through the creamware (yeah, yeah I know but the cd player is connected to it and its useful for the very occasional game). I dropped in the Sound Source module and it had a list of sound sources (including oddly two creamware ones!). I could not select ANY of the sample rates for the SBLive without being told it didn't support them - no sound through it either.
Its not a show stopper though
cheers

same here. oh well, nothing I can't live with. Probably not that big of a hassle to fix too so it should be fixed in the next version.

Problems:
1) 'Sequencer Remote' still (vs Pulsar 2.xx/3.0x) send-out nothing while you hit 'REC button'.
-
2) Many Modular 2 patches on load get error "Cannot find DLL or script".
-
3) STS-3000 wrong displays 'Free memory' size after load next programs.

Setup:
TUSL2-C/PIII-1GHz/WinXP Pro
Matrox G-450/Pulsar 2
SFP 3.1 (upgrade in separate folder)
