Message says: Please close all creamware applications before starting SCOPE fusion platform. On the first start up after installation everything worked fine. Now I have no CW applications open as far as I know and SFP refuses to launch. What do I need to do to solve this problem. Any ideas?
Thanks guys.

Do you have a SCOPE fusion icon sitting in your tray? If so right click and select "Show"

thanks, subhuman by name but not by nature!!!
Of course there I was madly clicking the big SFP icon left/right on the screen and blindly ignoring the discrete sfp symbol in my tray. Problem solved hopefully your reply
will avoid other newbeeish pulsarians getting stuck with this message. Thanks again.

ok finally getting roung to attempting to familiarise myself with SFP.Have got the same message coming up "close all creamware devices before starting pulsar" when launching cubase repeated seven times.
When I press accept on these messages cubase
launches.
Also I can´t get midi signals from sfp
to cubase so can´t here sounds from sfp synths. Also when I changed mixer and cabling
lost ASIO driver in cubase.Any ideas?

I right click on the icon in the tray and close it before opening the SFP. A workaround would be to run mscfg and uncheck the SFP from the start items.

Well I have just reinstalled sfp without the previous versions of pulsar and sfp loads with no probem and no messages appear and now when I load cubase also no messages appear but still no midi.
I´ve checked cables set ups in cubase but no input in the transport bar It was working fine before with Pusar 3.01 Any suggestions
probably something really obvious!!!

If you're on XP, you have to load the # of midi devices as set in your device manager.
I had first set it to 2, but that caused problems under XTC as I have 3 CW cards, and XTC automatically assigned, as normal, one midi Source/Dest per card.

"close all creamware devices before starting pulsar"
Is normal, one time normally, when you've enabled XTC mode. Cubase attempts to open XTC, but get's refused cos SFP is running. This is not an error as long as it doesn't jump up 7 times like in your case...
