i was playing free synths like saturn, neutron goofy... with pulsar soft-midikeyboard.
i noticed that somtimes the notes get stuck (it continue playing ad libitum even if the poliphony is 1 and i play another note!)
voerall, the behaviour of the old free synths is not very good.
anyone noticed this?

Yep. The main thing I've noticed is an occasional situation where you have to play two notes in order to hear one sound.
Set poly at 1 and play 1 note - nothing (or maybe a low frequency click)
Set poly at 2 and play 2 notes - 1 note.

Chadwick, that's the case when you have a Monophonic synth, a synth which components are not ment to be polyphonic.
