This'll be an awesome treatment for vocals, and pretty much anything that goes through the mic. Pretty dsp efficient too. (I could load 5 of these in stereo, on PulsarII)
The peaking eq has wonderful response, and it's not hard to boost single notes without much pain. The comp section is also easy to handle, with very practical results.
Also, don't forget that this device comes with the subbass booster. (my favorite celmo device) What else would you ask for to beef up your kicks!

This is a beautifully crunchy device. It's amazing how you can sit there and twiddle and tweak the sound and think "that's a nice subtle difference", and then when you compare it to the original you realise just how flat things were before....
This is a good combination of processing with real "bite".
Somehow it feels faster, stronger and more cohesive than a similar chain of devices in a mixer...
Also nice for drum processing. I've tried sending drum patterns through the Guitar Amp Modeller, then through the X-Machine and the results can be pretty crazy !
