Hi !
I just localized my old (even very old !

My current hardware setup:
ASUS TUSL2-C
PIII 1000MHz @ 1065MHz (142MHz FSB)
RAM PC-133 (CL3 @ 142MHz)
PCI on 35,5MHz
Pulsar 2 in slot 1 (IRQ 9 & high priority)

Your problem could also be related to your abnormal PCI bus speed you have going with that overclock.

Hmmm ... I don't think so.
I tried every "standard" BIOS setup and STS clikcs the same (even at 25 ms latency !

).
