a small window pops up containing waveform and handles
the small rect in the middle should read 'sine'
click on that, keep mouse pressed and drag, voilà, Saw,Pulse and Random appear.

after I discovered that window I immidiately bought it

Btw. it sometimes (often) crashes when using 'random' for extreme filtermods, but that's no wonder, sounds totally wierd in that situation, too
