Hi,
I used to be (stil am) a big fan of Bad Religion. Recently I found out their best songs are freely available for download on their homepage, 128kbps mp3.
Probably knowing the songs would be spread by file sharing programs, they are on top of the situation and take the most downloaded song out of the 'illegal' file sharing circuit. Real fans buy the CD's anyways.
Dunno how many bands do this, but the idea behind this topic is to make a list of them. Hungry for good music and being open to new styles, I invite you to join the thread, as in the example below.
