what scope-hardware / what pci slot?
you should use slot 1 and 5 for scope only.
also, try to add a 2nd wave source/dest module.
two 24bit maybe?

all the best!
I never saw anything in the installation manual about PCI slots 1 and 5. I'll check the forums for hints on that.

Why 24bit, btw?

Gooooooood Moooooorniiiiiiing! (yes, astroman. I'm back AGAIN).

I changed the cards' slots to 1 and 5. Reinstalled SFP on top of the previous install.

Still , I got a computer freeze just playing a Flexor patch(Evolutor) with my DX7 as controller. This is really starting to look like a MIDI problem.

I also got the same result by using my guitar synth as MIDI controller, this time coming from the second MIDI input(in my second Pulsar).

NOW! This is a very interesting development.

I rebooted the computer. I played around with the Evolutor patch again with my guitar without a freeze. I tried my keyboard (switched MIDI source) and got a freeze immediately. BUT! even if I have that fast loop going on I can play other notes from my keyboard.

I hope there is a fix.(it's friggin' HOT in here. and NO my computer is not overheating  )

Well, I kinda gave up on the video thing. It's certainly not as important as getting things to work when I need to get something done for a producer. Mind, I do sometimes need to sync video to music....

Microsoft POS error message just appeared while opening a Logic project

freeze on midi input
freeze while watching a video
letz try to fix both

Hmmmmm.... Now some Logic Projects won't open due to a missing synsoacc.dll. I looked on the net and this thing seems to be only related to cracks (of Cubase at that)of which there are none in my machine.

I am confused now.

Anywho, back to the video testing, with and without MIDI plugged in

Another thought - do you have HT enabled in BIOS? If so, try disbling.

it´s time for a fresh installation?

i would do it with default-setting for bios and windows-installtion.

i have an idea for a workaround (video prob):

it´s not great but...
