Multidimentional Morphing Phaser
I was trying out the X-Y joystick morphing on the standard creamware phaser, and it was fun so i made it avaliable.


It is a standard effect device, so if you want to use it with MIDI you will need to use it in a midiiser or insert. The small knobs by the joystick are something to right click on to assign MIDI controllers to.

It works like other morphing devices (transplanet etc) there are 2 knobs for each parameter. but they can be assigned to either the X or Y axis of the "joystick"

OOPS! fixed the extra non working phaser surface that pops up!


Fixed the link as Req by Atom, but did not check to see if it actually works in scope 4.0 yet
if i still have the project ill look in to updating it.

what a whole DeFX package?

slightly off of the X/Y idea - I *really* dig the GRM Tools approach to plug in interfaces (Ohm Boyz too!). I find the GRM Tools bandpass filter to be an extremely inspiring, creative, yet simple effect, and it seems that the interface is what makes the plug-in what it is.
- it would be excellent to get some stuff like this for pulsar - this Dephaser concept is definitely a step in the right direction. good work!

any other mac users have this problem?

I tried and load and it was no problem. I have'nt listened to it or anything yet but it does'nt crash my system.

Oops! My system is almost the same (G4/400/9.0.4, Pul1/Lun2/2.042). Perheps all blame is by my side - I have to dig deep inside.I will try on a clean Pulsar 2.042 with no modifications (additional dsp files and so on). Oh, I forgot to mention that the rest of your modules work properly on my system.

What a stupid creature I am... It was my fault... Jupiter8 opened my eyes - if somebody on almost the same system has got no problems launching a module and I can't do it there are 2 options - first: a dsp file corrupts the system; second: there is something wrong in the file (technically, not in the module) - the second one was the one - the file didn't download properly, netscape didn't tell me it and then Pulsar crashed silently. This time I downloaded it using IE - successfully!!!!!!! Yes, the module loads problemlessly, looks attractive is very friendly and sounds great. Thank You DeFex!!!

If this is a sign of more "De FX" to come, then I'm on the edge of my seat in anticipation, excellent work! Try this from the velocity-sensative little ribbon under the knobs on a K2500/K2600 keyboard -- this is effect heaven, SO expressive.

As usual with Neutron devices, the graphics are beautiful.

Neutron are doing fantastic things. Not only do these devices sound good, they look great, save on screen real estate, are programmed in a different way (xy) which leads to new sounds, and they're free.

Of course the sound is what matters and they deliver.

Congratulations on a stream of top quality devices. And thankyou. If there's more to come then this is just one long Christmas.
