Tanks for everybody. But my problem update continue. In my system boths version are inside.
Double click in V 3.0,and.... is working.
Double click in V 3.01...." Installation error: kernel file puls2os.21k not found or invalid. Pleaase check installation "
Driver is update before install V 3.01. No problem in devices manager

3.01 is an update to V3.0. Be sure you install it over the top of your V3 install. It is working without issues on my system and I have V1.5 driver too.

if i were you, i uninstalled Pulsar3.01. My setup program wanted to install in folder c:Pulsar instead of c:Pulsar3. I think the same will be the case on your pc. verify your folders.

if a program doesn't run, i mostly try to gets the last update off and on again, closely monitoring the setup.
